Risk management road map
Communicate options Establish the context within which the risks are identified, analysed, evaluated and treated, including the risk management scope, criteria, stakeholders. The risk register; identify and register risks in preparation for evaluation/analysis. Assign ownership and establish review dates. Analyse options Evaluate options Treatment options; assign treatment actions to risks, assign responsibility to the execution of those treatments. Monitor options; record risk events. Utility options; data management, including backup and restore, report definition and reporting, maintenance of general tables.
